In May 2026, I was inspired to help a patient I cared for who was an ultra-marathon runner who succumbed to locked-in syndrome. The same day, I vibe-coded this tool to help him communicate. As it was done in the span of a couple of hours, there may be some bugs in the code, but it is released here in its initial functional form to provide him with the ability to communicate more as soon as possible.
